Men and women under 18 will be competing for gold medals in swimming events from Dec. 6-9 at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center. The CRWC was chosen this year to host the USA Speedo Winter Junior Championships–West. In all, there will be 18 events for athletes to boast their abilities, competing against the best swimmers in the country under 18 years old. Iowa City’s own Iowa Flyers Swim Club will enter nine members in the competition. Winter Junior Championships-East will be held in Knoxville, TN.
