Man faces burglary charge

Authorities have a warrant out for the arrest of a man on a burglary charge.

Allen Osterkamp, 36, address unknown, is suspected of third-degree burglary on Oct. 30.

According to the affidavit, Osterkamp went into Quality Care Storage in Coralville and broke into ten storage units by cutting padlocks or damaging the locks. Osterkamp was caught on camera committing the act, the affidavit said.

Officers searched Osterkamp’s vehicle after obtaining a search warrant, the affidavit said, and they found the missing property from the storage units.

Third-degree burglary is a Class-D felony.
