William Ortiz, 18, was charged with second-degree theft and unauthorized use of credit card over $1,000 and under $10,000 on Sept. 8.

According to online court documents, a person’s car was stolen, and the credit card was in the car.

Ortiz allegedly used the card to buy an Xbox One, PlayStation 4, two gaming controllers, and two Xbox games.

The total amount purchased was $1,280.23.
